· Any related penalties due to noncompliance will be calculated in accordance with penalty provisions of Rate TRS and Rider BAL
· Yankee Gas has the right to reject intra-day nominations and implement additional tolerance tightening at any time.
· Per our tariff, Yankee Gas will not accept retroactive nominations on any day in which Yankee Gas has an OFO in effect.

("Tennessee") is implementing an OFO Daily Critical Day ("CD") 1 pursuant to Article X of the General Terms and Conditions of Tennessee's FERC NGA Gas Tariff. This OFO will be effective for LMS-PA, SA contracts acting as balancing parties and LMS-MA Balancing Parties only.
