OFO DAILY CRITICAL DAY 1 LIFTED EFFECTIVE 7-5-2026

Effective for the Gas Day ("GD") of Sunday, July 5, 2026, Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company, L.L.C. ("Tennessee") is LIFTING the OFO Daily Critical Day ("CD") 1 for all areas pursuant to Article X of the General Terms and Conditions of Tennessee's FERC NGA Gas Tariff.

This current OFO is effective for all LMS-PA, SA contracts acting as balancing parties and LMS-MA Balancing Parties only.

Please refer to the table below for the affected areas and dates, and the actions required:

CD 1 PENALTY: $5.00 + applicable Regional Daily Spot Price per Dth for quantities in excess of the tolerance

Balancing between OBA points in separate pipeline regions or across meters not located in the OFO area will not be permitted.

In the event this OFO is not sufficient to maintain the operational integrity of its system, Tennessee may escalate to calling a Critical Day II, a Balancing Alert, Meter Specific OFO(s) or Hourly OFO(s), or taking any other actions that may be permitted or required by Tennessee's Tariff.
