OFO DAILY CRITICAL DAY 1 LIFTED EFFECTIVE 2-17-2026

Due to forecasted warmer weather with associated lesser demand moving across the Northeast part of the system, in order to protect the operational integrity of its system, effective for the Gas Day ("GD") of Tuesday, February 17, 2026, Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company, L.L.C. ("Tennessee") is LIFTING the current OFO Daily Critical Day ("CD") 1 pursuant to Article X of the General Terms and Conditions of Tennessee's FERC NGA Gas Tariff.

The current OFO is effective for all Balancing Parties (including LMS-PA, SA contracts acting as balancing parties, LMS-MA, and LMS-PL).

Please refer to the table below for the affected areas and dates, and the actions required:

Balancing between OBA points in separate pipeline regions or across meters not located in the OFO area is not permitted.
